THE BRIEF

Paseo Santa Gertrudis is a mixed-use development located in Orizaba, Veracruz, designed to integrate residential, commercial, medical, and hospitality spaces within a walkable environment. The project sits within an area rich in history, surrounded by cultural landmarks, natural attractions, and key institutions in the region. Our challenge was to create a visual identity capable of representing more than a real estate development.

The brand needed to communicate heritage, trust, and aspiration while reflecting the functionality and community-driven nature of the project.

THE CONCEPT

Paseo Santa Gertrudis was conceived as a modern town center rooted in the history of its surroundings. The concept draws from the idea of a place where past and future coexist. Existing historical structures on the site serve as anchors of memory, while the new development introduces contemporary living, commerce, and services.

The brand therefore needed to balance tradition and progress — expressing a sense of permanence, belonging, and cultural respect while remaining aspirational and forward-looking.

THE SOLUTION

We developed a visual identity that reflects the project’s historic character and its role as a new community hub. The brand language emphasizes structure, elegance, and clarity, evoking trust and exclusivity while remaining welcoming. A carefully balanced system of typography, color, and graphic elements creates a timeless presence that aligns with the project’s architectural vision.

The result is an identity that communicates both heritage and modern functionality, positioning Paseo Santa Gertrudis as a place designed for everyday life — where residents, professionals, and visitors can connect in a secure and thoughtfully planned environment.

THE ESSENCE

Paseo Santa Gertrudis is more than a development — it is a place designed for community. Rooted in history and surrounded by culture and nature, it invites people to live, work, and gather in a space that values belonging, trust, and shared experience.
